Note that you need to use a Chromium based browser as the flasher uses the Web-USB protocol, which most other browsers don't support.
I flashed version 7.14, which is the latest at the time of writing.
I send many test messages in my area (Postcode 2217, Australia), however I did not receive any response.
Hopefully more people in my area hop on board.
I also downloaded some maps to use with the built-in GPS.
You can download the map files I used here. You then need to create a directory named "tiles" on your T-Decks SD Card. Then copy the directories 0-9 from the extracted downloaded .zip file in the "tiles" directory.
By default, the ripple meshore firmware only lets you zoom in 7 times from the maximum zoom out. In order to allow your T-Deck to use more detailed map tiles (level 8+), you need to "unlock" your software. This costs 8 GBP which is used to support the developer.
The total height of the T-Deck Plus and its antenna is ~29cm.
